These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ODD ONE website, customization tools, products, and related services.
ODD ONE is operated by Mint Matrix Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong ("ODD ONE," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing our website, using our customization tools, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.
These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to place an order with ODD ONE.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use our services only with the involvement or permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
ODD ONE is not directed to children under the age of 13.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide to us is accurate, complete, and current.

2. Our Products and Services
ODD ONE sells illustrated and customized products, including products created using customer-provided pet photos, pet names, character selections, text, design choices, and other customization details.
Many products are made to order.
Product availability, sizes, colors, materials, fulfillment locations, customization options, and product specifications may change from time to time.
We may modify, replace, discontinue, or update products and customization options without prior notice, provided this does not unfairly affect orders already accepted.

3. AI-Assisted Custom Artwork
ODD ONE custom artwork may be created with the assistance of artificial intelligence tools together with ODD ONE's original characters, visual systems, templates, design direction, and other creative elements.
The customization service is intended to create a stylized interpretation of your pet. It is not intended to reproduce a photograph exactly.
Generated artwork may differ from the original photo in areas such as:
Illustration style
Proportions
Colors
Expression
Clothing
Character design
Background
Creative details
Generative outputs may vary between generations. We do not guarantee that AI-generated elements are unique, exclusive, or independently eligible for copyright protection.
This does not affect any rights ODD ONE may have in its original characters, templates, layouts, branding, illustrations, graphic elements, or other human-created materials.
You are responsible for reviewing your generated artwork, name, text, product options, size, and other customization details before completing your purchase.
By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have reviewed and approved the customization shown in the final preview presented before checkout.
Normal artistic and production variations are not considered defects by themselves. Defects, production errors, and eligible remedies are addressed in our Refund Policy.

4. Customer-Provided Photos and Content
You may be asked to upload pet photos, names, text, or other content to create a customized product.
You retain ownership of content that you own and upload to ODD ONE.
By uploading content, you grant ODD ONE and service providers acting on our behalf a limited, non-exclusive license to access, copy, process, modify, format, reproduce, and use that content only as reasonably necessary to:
Generate your custom artwork
Create previews
Prepare print-ready files
Manufacture your product
Fulfill and deliver your order
Provide customer support
Handle replacements, refunds, disputes, or technical issues
We do not obtain ownership of your uploaded content.
We do not use customer-uploaded pet photos or customization content to train AI models, and we do not permit our AI service providers to use this content to train or improve their models.
We do not use customer-uploaded pet photos or private customization content in advertising, marketing, social media, or promotional materials unless you separately and expressly give us permission.
Customer-uploaded pet photos and temporary customization files are handled according to the retention rules in our Privacy Policy. For completed orders, these files are deleted within 30 days after delivery. If no order is completed, they are deleted within 30 days after upload.

5. Your Responsibility for Uploaded Content
You are responsible for the content you upload or submit.
By submitting content to ODD ONE, you represent that:
You own the content or have the necessary rights and permissions to use it
Your use of the content does not infringe another person's copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights
You have the necessary permission to upload images containing other people
The content does not violate applicable law
The content is not fraudulent, deceptive, threatening, abusive, or otherwise unlawful
Do not upload content that you do not have the right to use.
You remain responsible for claims arising from content that you provide to us.

6. Content We May Refuse
We may refuse, suspend, or cancel a customization request or order if submitted content:
Appears to infringe intellectual property or other third-party rights
Contains unlawful content
Contains fraudulent or deceptive material
Contains abusive, threatening, hateful, or seriously harmful content
Cannot reasonably be processed or produced
Violates these Terms
Creates legal, technical, production, or safety concerns
If we cancel an order before production because we cannot process the submitted content, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item.

7. ODD ONE Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the ODD ONE website and its original content are owned by or licensed to Mint Matrix Limited.
This includes, where applicable:
ODD ONE branding
Logos
Original characters
Illustrations
Product designs
Graphic elements
Templates
Layouts
Website design
Written content
Customization interfaces
Software and other original materials
These materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, modify, publish, or commercially exploit ODD ONE intellectual property without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Purchasing a product does not transfer ownership of ODD ONE's underlying intellectual property.

8. Rights in Custom Artwork
To the extent ODD ONE owns or controls intellectual property rights in custom artwork, ODD ONE retains those rights.
After purchasing a customized product, you may:
Use and enjoy the physical product for personal, non-commercial purposes
Display the product in your home or personal space
Share photographs of the finished product or custom artwork on your personal social media accounts
Share the artwork privately with friends or family
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you may not:
Sell or license the digital artwork
Reproduce the artwork on other products for sale
Use the artwork for commercial merchandise
Sublicense the artwork
Claim ownership of ODD ONE's underlying characters, templates, layouts, branding, or design system
Use ODD ONE artwork or brand assets to create a competing commercial product line
You retain any rights you already have in your original pet photos, pet names, and other customer-provided content.

9. Orders and Order Acceptance
Submitting an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted for production.
We may reject or cancel an order before fulfillment for reasons including:
Payment failure
Suspected fraud
Product unavailability
Obvious pricing or listing errors
Technical problems
Unsupported shipping destination
Content that violates these Terms
Fulfillment limitations
Legal or regulatory requirements
If we cancel an order because of an issue on our side and production has not been completed, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item.
Once production has started, custom orders may no longer be eligible for cancellation or modification. Please refer to our Refund Policy.

10. Prices, Taxes, and Payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout.
Prices may change at any time before an order is placed.
The price applicable to your order is the price shown at checkout when the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious pricing errors where permitted by law.
You are responsible for:
Product charges
Applicable shipping charges
Applicable taxes
Customs duties or import charges where applicable and not included at checkout
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be fulfilled.
Payments may be processed by Shopify or third-party payment providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

Promotions have no cash value

This does not affect remedies available for damaged, defective, misprinted, incorrect, or otherwise non-conforming goods.

14. Customer Accounts and Security
If customer account features are available and you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Please notify us promptly if you believe your account or login credentials have been compromised.
We may suspend access to an account where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the store, or our services.

15. Reviews, Feedback, and Voluntary Submissions
If you submit a written review, testimonial, feedback, suggestion, or other non-private submission, you grant ODD ONE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish that written submission for purposes related to operating, improving, or promoting ODD ONE.
This license does not automatically include:
Customer-uploaded pet photos
Private customization files
Custom artwork created for your order
Photos attached to a review
Other customer images
We will use customer images for promotional purposes only where the required separate permission has been obtained.
You must not submit false, misleading, unlawful, or infringing reviews or feedback.

16. Acceptable Use
You may not use our website or services to:
Violate applicable law
Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights
Submit fraudulent orders
Attempt unauthorized access to our systems
Introduce malware or harmful code
Interfere with website security or operation
Impersonate another person
Misuse promotions
Submit fraudulent or abusive refund requests, payment disputes, or chargebacks

Every device or screen will display colors identically

Nothing in this section excludes warranties, guarantees, or statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

23. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ODD ONE and Mint Matrix Limited will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or purely economic losses arising from use of the website or services where such liability may lawfully be excluded.
For claims arising out of or relating to a particular order, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to ODD ONE for that order, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited, including where applicable law provides otherwise for fraud, personal injury, statutory consumer rights, or other non-excludable liability.

24. Responsibility for Customer-Provided Content
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for claims, losses, or reasonable costs arising from content you submit in breach of Section 5, including content that infringes another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
