CUSTOMIZATION
How does customization work?
Choose a character and concept, upload a photo of your pet, and generate your custom artwork. Once you’re happy with the result, add a name, choose your style and size, and complete your purchase.
What kind of pet photo should I upload?
We recommend a clear, well-lit, front-facing or nearly front-facing photo. Make sure your pet’s face, ears, and key features are fully visible. Avoid blurry, dark, or heavily obstructed photos.
Can I preview my custom artwork before ordering?
Yes. You can preview the generated artwork and check your pet’s appearance, name, style, and size before completing your purchase.
Will the artwork look exactly like my photo?
Not exactly. We keep your pet’s most recognizable features and reinterpret them as an ODD ONE illustrated character.
ORDERS
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can move into production quickly. If you need to change your customization, size, shipping address, or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible.
If production has not started, we’ll do our best to help, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed. Once production begins, the order usually can’t be changed.
SHIPPING
How long does U.S. delivery take?
U.S. orders typically arrive within 6–10 business days. Delivery may take longer during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
Not at the moment. ODD ONE currently ships within the United States only.
How can I track my order, and what if there’s a delivery issue?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
If tracking hasn’t updated for an extended period, please contact us. If your package is marked as delivered but you can’t find it, check around your property, mailbox, parcel locker, front desk, or with neighbors first. Please allow 2 business days before contacting us if it still hasn’t arrived.
RETURNS & ORDER ISSUES
What if my item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
Please contact us within 30 days of delivery and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
If the problem is confirmed to be related to production, printing, shipping damage, or fulfillment, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Custom and personalized products generally cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong size. Non-custom products have separate return conditions in our Refund Policy.
If your item arrives damaged, has a production or printing issue, or doesn’t match your order, please contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Will the colors look exactly the same as they do on screen?
Slight color differences may occur due to different screens and printing processes. If there is a clear printing defect or abnormal color issue, please contact us with photos.
